By downloading or playing Endless Dragon, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

Licence

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the game on devices you own or control. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or distribute the game or its assets.

Acceptable use

Do not modify the game, use cheats or automation tools, or submit fraudulent scores. Display names that are offensive, impersonate others, or contain advertising may be removed from the leaderboard without notice.

Advertising

The game shows advertisements, including optional ads you can watch in exchange for continuing a run. Ad content is supplied by third parties and is not endorsed by the developer.

Availability

The leaderboard depends on third-party services and an internet connection. It may be unavailable at times, and scores may be reset if the service requires it. The game is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the game.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
